Project Refinement
In the Project Refinement stage, we work closely with you to perfect your vision. This stage includes a detailed client meeting where we discuss your specific needs and preferences. Following this, we conduct a thorough site survey to assess all relevant conditions and requirements.
With this information, we refine the project costs to ensure transparency and accuracy. Finally, we seek your approval on the refined costs, ensuring you are completely satisfied before moving forward.

Project Planning
In the Project Planning stage, we lay the groundwork for a successful project execution. We start by assigning a dedicated project manager to oversee all aspects of your project. Next, we develop a detailed project programme to outline the timeline and key milestones.
If needed, we conduct intrusive surveys to gather in-depth site information. Additionally, we coordinate with the site to schedule the project, including preparing and submitting Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure safety and compliance.

Design & Specification
This stage brings your project to life through meticulous planning and visualization. We start by creating detailed artwork and superimposed visuals to give you a clear view of the final outcome. Our team then prepares structural drawings and performs necessary structural calculations to ensure feasibility and safety.
We compile a comprehensive proof document for your review. Your project will only proceed after receiving your approval.

Manufacture
In the Manufacturing stage, we transform your approved designs into reality, adhering to certified ISO9001 standards for quality assurance. This stage encompasses all aspects of signage and graphics production, including metalwork, assembly, and illumination.
Our skilled team also handles printing, laminating, and finishing, ensuring every component meets the highest standards of durability and visual appeal.

Installation
The Installation and Delivery stage ensures your project is completed seamlessly and efficiently. Delivery is managed either by direct courier or through our trusted, traceable overnight services. For installations, we adhere to ISO45001 verified standards, guaranteeing safety and quality.
Our installation teams are accredited with IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications, ensuring professional and compliant service on-site.

Project Completion
In the final stage of your project, we finalise all aspects of your project to ensure your complete satisfaction. We provide comprehensive proof documents, including detailed site photos, to verify the finished work. Invoices are issued promptly and transparently.
